Built on a simple belief
LUCENOR was founded in 2025 with one conviction: most digital transformation projects fail not because of technology, but because strategy, design, and engineering are treated as separate disciplines. We were built to bridge that gap.
We are at the very beginning of our journey — a lean, senior team with deep hands-on experience across strategy, data, technology, and design. No layers of management, no junior staff hidden behind a proposal. Just practitioners who care about the outcome.
